General President of the International Online Academy of Afghan (AIOAC):
The General President of the Academy is a natural person who serves as the legal representative of the [Academy] before legal and natural entities.

Method of Selection and Term of Office:
The General President of the Academy is elected by the Board of Founders for a four-year term. This term may be extended at the discretion of the Board of Founders.

Duties and Authorities of the General President:
The General President of the Academy has the following duties and authorities:
1. Responsibility for all affairs of the Academy, supervision of the performance of all units and departments of the Academy, and ensuring compliance with the regulations and legal resolutions of the Board of Founders.
2. Preparation and proposal of strategic plans, policies, objectives, and guidelines for submission to the Board of Founders.
3. Determination of the executive policy of the Academy based on the strategic plans approved by the Board of Trustees, planning, and directing cultural, scientific, educational, research, student-related, service-oriented, and management development activities of the Academy within the framework of the approved strategic plans and policies of the Academy.
4. Continuous and meticulous supervision over the proper implementation of educational, cultural, teaching, research, service-related, employment, appointment, mission, resource allocation, separation, demotion, and promotion of faculty members, management development, resource allocation, recruitment, attraction, appointment, promotion, and separation of employees in accordance with relevant regulations and all internal and international communications of the Academy, while adhering to applicable rules and coordinating the activities of various units of the Academy.
5. Preparation of administrative, financial, employment, organizational, and structural regulations, as well as organizational and structural charts of the Academy, in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Signing contracts, binding documents, financial and administrative documents, and correspondence related to the Academy within the framework of approved regulations; accountability to the Board of Founders through audit reports, follow-up, resolution of issues raised in the audit report, and submission of action reports to the Board of Founders.
7. Submission of annual performance reports on educational, research, cultural, administrative, financial, and accounting matters of the Academy to the Board of Founders.
8. Recommendation for the appointment and removal of the University President to the Board of Founders.
9. Appointment and removal of the leadership board of the Academy (directors of schools, short-term courses, affiliated executive units, and staff of the Academy's headquarters).
10. Supervision of disciplinary matters of the Academy within the framework of relevant regulations.
