Dissolution of the Afghan International Online Academy (AIOA)<\/p>\n

Determination of the overall policy of the Afghan International Online Academy<\/p>\n

Determination and approval of the structure and job descriptions of the leadership board of the Academy;<\/p>\n

Approval of the annual accounts and balance sheet of the Academy;<\/p>\n

Approval of the methods for collecting dedicated revenues and their expenditure in accordance with relevant regulations and rules;<\/p>\n

Appointment and dismissal of the University President; the Founding Board, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, elects the President for a term of two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the Board;<\/p>\n

Appointment and dismissal of the Director of the Afghan International Online School;<\/p>\n

Removal and appointment of members of the Board of Trustees;<\/p>\n

The Board of Trustees shall be elected by the Founding Board for a term of two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the Founder.<\/p>\n
