1. Performing administrative and secretarial affairs of the President General in relation to internal and international communications.<\/p>\n

2. Supervising and following up on matters communicated and assigned by the President General.<\/p>\n

3. Receiving official administrative correspondence addressed to the Presidency and issuing official directives on behalf of the President General of the Academy.<\/p>\n

4. Preparing and organizing minutes of meetings of councils and committees formed within the organizational structure of the Office of the President General.<\/p>\n

5. Scheduling and coordinating appointments for visitors and stakeholders with the President General.<\/p>\n

6. Managing the President General\u2019s official telephone communications.<\/p>\n

7. Sending and receiving official faxes on behalf of the President General.<\/p>\n

8. Following up on the registration and filing of official correspondence of the Office of the President General.<\/p>\n

9. Supervising office affairs and managing protocol and hospitality matters related to the President General\u2019s guests.<\/p>\n

10. Planning and supervising the implementation of resolutions adopted in administrative meetings of the Presidency by subordinate departments.<\/p>\n
