Dr. Bijan Arab Yazdi, President of the Iranian E-Learning Higher Education Institute, expressed his gratitude for the expressed sympathies and provided an overview of the institute's history. He emphasized that the institute is the first virtual higher education center in Iran, with 20 years of experience, and had provided online educational services to all universities in the country during the COVID-19 pandemic. He conveyed the institute's willingness to engage in comprehensive cooperation with the Afghanistan International Online Academy.<\/p>\n
