رئیس دانشگاه بین المللی آنلاین افغان (AIOU)، در حاشیه نشست چهارمین مجمع عمومی (CINOU) با معاون صدر اعظم مالزی، مدیر مرکز اعتباربخشی (APEL) نماینده دانشگاه ASIAe مالزی دیدار کردند :

 

دکتر احمد سعادت رئیس دانشگاه بین المللی آنلاین افغان (AIOU)، با همراهی دکتر سکندر عظیمی عضوی هیئت مؤسسان و رئیس دوره های کوتاه مدت، دکتر زهره نوری معاون امور محصلان، در حاشیه نشست چهارمین مجمع عمومی (CINOU) با معاون صدر اعظم مالزی، مدیر مرکز اعتباربخشی (APEL) نماینده دانشگاه ASIAe، ضمن بحث درباره همکاری‌های همه‌جانبه میان آکادمی بین‌المللی آنلاین افغان و دانشگاه ASIAe، پنج نقشه همکاری کلیدی طراحی و ارائه شد که عبارتند از:

۱. جذب دانشجویان ممتاز در دوره‌های مختلف

با تأکید بر استقبال از دانشجویان ممتاز، تصمیم گرفته شد که بر اساس معیارهای تحصیلی، توانایی تحقیقاتی، و فعالیت‌های علمی، فرصت تحصیل در سطوح مختلف کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد، و دکترا به دانشجویان ارائه شود. این فرصت‌ها به‌ویژه در حوزه‌های مدیریت، اقتصاد، فناوری اطلاعات، و سایر تخصصات علمی قابل دسترسی خواهد بود.

۲. دسترسی به منابع علمی و تحقیقی

برای ارتقاء سطح تحصیلات دانشجویان، دو مؤسسه تعهد کردند که دانشجویان به منابع علمی و تحقیقی پیشرفته دسترسی داشته باشند. این امر شامل ارائه دسترسی به پایگاه‌های داده علمی، مجلات بین‌المللی، و منابع تحقیقاتی معتبر است.

۳. استفاده از سیستم‌های آنلاین برای مدیریت فرآیندها

برای تسهیل فرآیند ثبت‌نام و ارزیابی دانشجویان، تصمیم گرفته شد که از سیستم‌های آنلاین پیشرفته استفاده شود. این سیستم‌ها به دانشجویان اجازه می‌دهند تا مستندات لازم را به صورت الکترونیکی ارسال کنند و ارزیابی درخواست‌ها نیز به صورت سریع و شفاف انجام شود.

۴. راه‌اندازی دوره‌های تقویتی و کارآموزی

برای پشتیبانی از دانشجویان بورسیه، برنامه‌های تقویتی در حوزه‌های تخصصی راه‌اندازی خواهد شد. علاوه بر این، فرصت‌های کارآموزی و همکاری با صنعت برای دانشجویان فراهم خواهد شد تا تجربه عملی کسب کنند و آمادگی بیشتری برای بازار کار داشته باشند.

۵. ایجاد واحد مشترک برای پشتیبانی دانشجویان

جهت تسهیل فرآیند اعزام بورسیه‌ها، تصمیم گرفته شد که یک واحد مشترک بین دو دانشگاه تشکیل شود. این واحد مسئول پاسخگویی به سوالات دانشجویان و راهنمایی آنها در فرآیند اعزام خواهد بود. به‌ویژه، توجه خاصی به دانشجویان زن محروم از فرصت‌های تحصیلی خواهد شد تا برابری جنسیتی در دسترسی به تحصیلات تضمین شود.

نتیجه‌گیری

این دیدار، علاوه بر تقویت روابط دو نهاد، یک گام مهم در جهت توسعه آموزش عالی و جذب دانشجویان ممتاز بین دو کشور بود. برنامه‌های ارائه‌شده، که شامل جذب دانشجویان ممتاز، دسترسی به منابع علمی، استفاده از فناوری‌های آنلاین، ایجاد دوره‌های تقویتی، و ایجاد واحد مشترک است، نشان‌دهنده تعهد دو نهاد به ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و تحقیقات است. این همکاری، با تأکید بر تساوی فرصت‌ها برای تمام دانشجویان، به‌ویژه زنان محروم، یک پیام روشن از پیروی از ارزش‌های برابری و دانش‌پژوهی منتقل می‌کند.

با اجرای این نقشه‌ها، دو نهاد به سمت ایجاد یک شبکه آموزشی بین‌المللی پیشرفته و کارآمد حرکت خواهند کرد.

The President of the Afghan International Online University (AIOU), on the sidelines of the Fourth General Assembly (CINOU) meeting, met with the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, Director of the Accreditation Center (APEL), representing ASIAe University:

 

Dr. Ahmad Saadat, President of the Afghan International Online University (AIOU), accompanied by Dr. Sekander Azimi, member of the founding board and head of short-term courses, Dr. Zohra Noori, Deputy Director of Student Affairs, on the sidelines of the Fourth General Assembly (CINOU) meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, Director of the Accreditation Center (APEL), representing ASIAe University, discussed comprehensive cooperation between the Afghan International Online Academy and ASIAe University, and five key cooperation plans were designed and presented, which are:

1. Attracting excellent students in different courses

With an emphasis on welcoming excellent students, it was decided to provide students with opportunities to study at different levels of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees based on academic criteria, research ability, and scientific activities. These opportunities will be available especially in the fields of management, economics, information technology, and other scientific specializations.

2. Access to scientific and research resources

To enhance the level of students’ education, the two institutions committed to providing students with access to advanced scientific and research resources. This includes providing access to scientific databases, international journals, and reputable research sources.

3. Use of online systems to manage processes

To facilitate the student registration and evaluation process, it was decided to use advanced online systems. These systems allow students to submit the necessary documents electronically and the evaluation of applications is also done quickly and transparently.

4. Launch of reinforcement and internship courses

To support scholarship students, reinforcement programs will be launched in specialized areas. In addition, internship opportunities and cooperation with industry will be provided for students to gain practical experience and be better prepared for the job market.

5. Creation of a joint unit for student support

To facilitate the process of sending scholarships, it was decided to form a joint unit between the two universities. This unit will be responsible for answering students’ questions and guiding them through the placement process. In particular, special attention will be paid to female students who are deprived of educational opportunities to ensure gender equality in access to education.

Conclusion

In addition to strengthening the relations between the two universities, this meeting was an important step towards developing higher education and attracting excellent students between the two countries. The programs presented, which include attracting excellent students, access to scientific resources, using online technologies, creating refresher courses, and establishing a joint unit, demonstrate the commitment of the two universities to improving the quality of education and research. This cooperation, emphasizing equal opportunities for all students, especially disadvantaged women, sends a clear message of adherence to the values ​​of equality and scholarship.

By implementing these plans, the two universities will move towards creating an advanced and efficient international educational network.
