Board of Founders 

Description of Duties and Authorities of the Board of Founders (AIOAC) وظایف و اختیارات هیأت مؤسسان(AIOAC)

Article 16 of the Charter::

1) The Board of Founders has the following responsibilities:

1. Approval of the charter of the International Online Academy of Afghan (AIOAC)

2. Dissolution of the International Online Academy of Afghanistan (AIOAC)

3. Determination of the general policies of the International Online Academy of Afghanistan (AIOAC)

4. Determination and approval of the structure and job descriptions of the leadership board of the Academy;

5. Approval of the annual accounts and balance sheet of the Academy;

6. Approval of the methods for collecting dedicated revenues and their expenditure in accordance with relevant regulations and rules;

7. Removal and appointment of the General President of the Academy; The Board of Founders, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, elects the General President of the Academy for a four-year term. This term may be extended at the discretion of the Board of Founders;

8. Removal and appointment of the President of the Afghan International Online University

9. Removal and appointment of members of the Board of Trustees;

(2) The President of the University is elected by the Board of Founders for a four-year term based on the recommendation of the General President of the Academy. This term may be extended at the discretion of the Board of Founders.

(3) The Board of Trustees is elected by the Board of Founders for a two-year term. This term may be extended at the discretion of the Board of Founders
