Board of Founders 

The Founding Board shall have the following duties:

The Founding Board shall have the following duties:

Approval of the Statutes of the Afghanistan International Online Academy (AIOA)

Dissolution of the Afghan International Online Academy (AIOA)

Determination of the overall policy of the Afghan International Online Academy

Determination and approval of the structure and job descriptions of the leadership board of the Academy;

Approval of the annual accounts and balance sheet of the Academy;

Approval of the methods for collecting dedicated revenues and their expenditure in accordance with relevant regulations and rules;

Appointment and dismissal of the University President; the Founding Board, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, elects the President for a term of two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the Board;

Appointment and dismissal of the Director of the Afghan International Online School;

Removal and appointment of members of the Board of Trustees;

The Board of Trustees shall be elected by the Founding Board for a term of two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the Founder.
