بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم:

إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَ إِنَّا إِلَيْهِ راجِعُونَ(بقره، 156)

ریاست محترم دانشکدهٔ حقوق و علوم دانشگاه بین المللی آنلاین افغان، آقای دکتر ذبیح الله مرادی در گذشت پدر گرامی تان، الحاج محمد مرادی را به جناب عالی و سایر بازماندگان سببی و نسبی ایشان تسلیت عرض می داریم. از خداوند متعال برای روح آن مرحوم مغفور، غفران و رضوان الهی را و برای تسکين قلب‌های داغدار همه بازماندگان اجر جزیل و صبر جمیل را خواهانیم. روحش شاد و یادش گرامی باد!
