Skillup Afghanistan is organizing a specialized and practical course on QuickBooks 2025 accounting software, aiming to enhance the financial and accounting skills of students, graduates, and employees of organizations and companies.

Course Title:

Specifically for employees of companies and organizations, students, and graduates of Accounting, Economics, and Management fields, as well as anyone who wishes to learn modern accounting software.

Instructor:

Mr. Masih Ahmad Yar

An administrative and financial professional with over 5 years of teaching experience at universities, private schools, and training centers. He is an expert in accounting and financial management software.

General Course Objectives:

– ارتقاء دانش نظری و عملی شرکت‌کنندگان در استفاده از نرم‌افزار QuickBooks

– توانمندسازی در مدیریت حسابداری شرکت‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های مدرن و فناورانه

– آماده‌سازی شرکت‌کنندگان برای ورود به بازار کار با مهارت‌های مورد قبول بخش خصوصی و عمومی

Teaching Methodology:

– تدریس تعاملی و عملی

– استفاده از پروژه‌های واقعی و سناریوهای کاربردی

– حل تمرین و ارائه وظایف هفتگی

– ارتباط مستمر با شرکت‌کنندگان از طریق گروه اختصاصی WhatsApp

Course Syllabus:

Installation of QuickBooks software and its activation.

Creating a Company File.

Initial setup and configuration, including

. Budget creation.

Coding and classification of budget lines.

Analysis of debit and credit, and understanding of financial entry rules.

Creating and managing accounts in the Chart of Accounts.

Transaction Analysis.

Recording daily expenses in the General Journal Entry.

Viewing and reviewing the Trial Balance.

Recording supplier information (Vendors).

Recording customer information (Customers).

Recording employee information (Employees).

User management with different access levels.

Applying discounts and recording sales transactions.

Recording Accounts Receivable.

Recording Accounts Payable.

19. مقایسه بودجه با عملکرد واقعی (Budget vs Actual – BVA)

Closing financial accounts at the end of the period.

Working on a practical project (from start to finish).

Course Duration:

One month (four weeks)

3 sessions per week

Each session: 90 minutes

Days: Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday

Time: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Format:

Online (live via reputable educational platforms).

Access to session recordings will be provided to participants.

Certificate:

Upon completion of the course and passing the practical and final exam, participants will receive a valid certificate from the Technical and Vocational Training Organization.

Course Fee:

1,500 AFN (paid in full)
